Presenter Bio:

alex-vautourAlex Vautour is a freelance writer, blogger, and content creator. She graduated from St. Thomas University with a double major in journalism in communications in 2015. Last spring, Alex and 11 other students from her journalism class won an Emerge Media Award for their highly praised series, the Fog of Rape: Normalizing a campus crime. Shortly after, Alex pitched a story idea to Maclean’s Magazine, and on the July 4th edition of Maclean’s, her story appeared on the cover. Today, Alex continues to freelance for Maclean’s, and writes for different blogs including Goss Club, Nora Swimwear, and her personal site, AV Blog.
